Good things take time! After approximately 5 years of options, completing an environmental clean up in partnership with STL City, and two CDA funding applications, Tower Grove Community Development Corp has been awarded $775,000 in HOME funds to complete a four single family home development on the vacant and LRA owned lot at 3506 Morgan Ford. Here is the announcement of grants awarded by STL Community Development Administration.

This redevelopment project will undoubtedly take a great deal of time to complete but Tower Grove CDC will move forward as fast as the process from closing, to construction, to sales, will allow.

We are super excited to develop 4 new, contemporary styled, affordable homes in this location, as we work to connect Tower Grove South and Bevo Mill neighborhoods in a strategic way.
