Join the Community Builders Network (CBN) to learn more about the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines' (FHLBDM) Competitive Affordable Housing Program which encourages partnerships between FHLBDM's member financial institutions and local housing providers to secure funds for the purchase, construction or rehabilitation of affordable homeownership or rental housing units.
