The Tower Grove South Neighborhood Association serves the entire Tower Grove South Neighborhood's geographic region. Two board member representatives are devoted to each quadrant: Northeast, Northwest, Southeast and Southwest.

The purpose of the TGSNA Development Committee is to guide new residential and commercial development inside the neighborhood. The primary committee charge is to review development proposals and to forward recommendations to the full board for action. The committee is currently generating design and development guidelines on which to base their recommendations to the board. The committee meets on the first Sunday of the month between 4:30 and 6 at the offices of AESH Design, 3735 Connecticut
Fundraising Committee oversees the TGSNA's overall fundraising and spending.
The Good Neighbor Committee strives to promote the well-being of all who live in the neighborhood through social connectedness and neighborhood events. The committee provides training, resources & support to block level good neighbors to promote social connectedness on their block.
The Programming Committee was formed to give structure to the monthly general meetings of the TGSNA. Within that structure, the committee is responsible for content, and engages the appropriate speakers for each meeting.
The Membership Committee was formed to define membership within the TGSNA and increase active membership.
The Beautification Committee was formed to maintain public landscapes and maintain/improve the aesthetics of TGS.
The Website (Digital Communications) Committee was formed to expand the digital content available on the TGSNA website and to improve digital communications regarding Board and Association activities. Within that structure, the committee is responsible for website content and for sharing content on the Association's social media.
