The Tower Grove South Neighborhood Association is a 501(c)(3) organization that was incorporated in July 2015 with help from the St. Louis Association of Community Organizations (SLACO), the Tower Grove Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation (TGNCDC), the St. Louis University Legal Clinic, and a variety of residents looking for ways to become more involved in the neighborhood.

TGSNA serves the Tower Grove South Neighborhood, bound by Arsenal to the north, South Grand to the east, Chippewa to the south, and South Kingshighway to the west. The neighborhood is home to a diverse group of nearly 15,000 residents, housing of every urban form imaginable, and commerce ranging from small shops to big industrial operations.

The Neighborhood Association works to inform residents of happenings in the neighborhood, to facilitate communication between neighbors, and to maintain and improve the neighborhood.
