The TGSNA was asked to participate in a Community Benefit Agreement (CBA) negotiation process. At out July 2017 general meeting, the membership voted to participate in the negotiating process, three board members, and three general members drawn at random after submitting their name for consideration.
Below are several resources outlining the project to catch up those who may not have been to meetings regularly, or are just hearing about the project for the first time.
Community Benefits Agreement (CBA)
The CBA negotiating team presented the final document for a membership vote on Wednesday, September 13, 6:30pm at the September 2017 TGSNA meeting. Those members in attendance and eligible to vote voted to approve TGSNA’s participation as a signatory to the CBA negotiated with the developer. The vote tally was 60-23.

The St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) conducted a financial impact analysis. Those documents are available below:
A survey soliciting community feedback, was distributed by Alderwoman Green, beginning with her July 13 e-newsletter. The TGSNA general member negotiating party canvassed the area immediately surrounding the proposed development the last weekend in July.
