Hello TGSNA Members,
The Tower Grove South Neighborhood Association will hold a special meeting on Monday, July 10 at 6:30pm at Oak Hill Presbyterian Church (4111 Connecticut). The purpose of the meeting will be to hold a membership vote on the following question:
“Does the TGSNA membership support the organization entering into Community Benefit Agreement (CBA) discussions on the development project at 3172 Morgan Ford as part of a forthcoming proposed tax abatement bill?”
If you have signed in to a TGSNA General Meeting prior to or including the May 17, 2017 General Meeting, you are considered a member eligible to cast a ballot at this meeting. If you provided your email to us, you will receive an email later this week notifying you of your eligibility. If you have signed in, but have not provided your email, we will have membership rolls available at the meeting to verify your status.
In the interest of keeping the meeting as productive and concise as possible, we will be offering the opportunity to submit questions through Friday, July 7 at midnight at the following link: https://goo.gl/forms/B71RtrZ0R
We will work to get answers to your questions from the developer and/or Alderwoman Green prior to the meeting on Monday and will have those answers available to you at the beginning of the meeting. Please keep your inquiries tailored to the question that will be voted on, as that is the sole purpose of the meeting.
